一、试卷分析
本次二年级语文试卷共九大题,整个试题难易程度适中,试卷基本体现了:注重基础,突出能力,联系生活的原则。
1、重基础知识和能力的培养。
试题主要从字词句、按课文内容填空等方面来命题,基本技能则是从课文理解,各种句式的灵活运用等方面来考查,并且试卷前七题涵盖了语文书上八个单元的内容,这些内容含量分布平均,而且都是学生需要掌握的内容。因此试卷无论是广度还是深度,都很好地涵盖了基础知识和基本技能的要点,因此能客观准确地检测出学生的语文能力。
2、写话重生活性。
语文来自于生活,语文的学习最终服务于生活。本次看图写话清楚明了,选材接近孩子们的生活,并且以童话的形式展现,同时也是对学生进行了一次正确看书方法的指导。
二、试卷得分数据分析
(此处插入表一)本次考试为一二年级互换改卷,且单人单座,同年级老师互换监考。从考察情况来看,二年级学生的学习水平总体情况是比较良好的,均分为92.8分,且三个班的均分相差都在1分左右。全年级不及格的只有一人,其实该学生在一年级时只能考10分左右,其家长从来都不管,该生也从不做家庭作业,该生老师多次与家长协商未果,只好利用该生在校时间为其补习,从本次考试来看,虽然他只考了41分,但是和上次考试成绩相比,仍然进步很大。相信只要我们老师对其不放弃,本年级及格率定能达到100%。从知识领域看,学生对一些基础知识的掌握和运用还是很扎实的,说明学生的基础知识掌握的比较好,此次阅读理解题学生完成非常好,是扣分最少的一题。另外学生看图写话水平也有了较大的提高。
三、学生失分原因分析:
(此处插入表二)此次测试学生失分主要原因可以归为以下三类:
1、本次考试,错别字现象比较严重,几乎所有的学生都因错别字而扣了分,尤其在试卷第一题听记、第二题看拼音写词语、第四题照样子写词语、第七题按课文内容填空中的失分都是由错别字而来的。
2、部分学生审题不认真。本次考试失分最多的就是第三题和第九题,第三题题目要求把带点字不正确的读音划掉,而部分学生并没有按题目要求做,而是用“√”将正确答案选了出来,因而此题失分较多。第九题要求学生看图写话,但有部分学生没认真看图,结果所写的内容与图画不相符,照成了此题失分严重的原因。
3、另外,一些学习能力弱的学生也是本次试卷某些题目失分的原因所在。如:第五题照样子写句子中的第2小题“如果总是认真学习,哪会学不好呢?”,将反问句改成肯定句,意思不变;第八题阅读短文中的第3小题找出文中我捉蜻蜓很小心和放蜻蜓很快的词语,在这两小题上这些学生基本上都丢分了。
四、改进措施:
1、重视字词教学,夯实语文基础从本次考试,我们很明显地看到,许多学生字、词不过关。试卷中考查的字、词都是本册教材学生必须掌握的,这些词语在平时的练习册中也常出现,学生应该有较多认识和巩固的机会,可是每次考试在这些题上都要丢失许多分。
看来要想提高学生的成绩,首先应重视字、词的过关。因此,本学期我们二年级教师在教学中特别重视字词的教学,比如词语听写,词语抄写和组词的训练,同时还开展了丰富多彩的语文活动(如:词语接龙、猜谜)来训练和巩固学生对词语的掌握。本学期我们由原来的单元听写改为了每课听写,争取做到每课生字每课清。学生常出错的词语还要反复听写。同时,在日常教学中也加大了形近字的比较力度。经过前两单元的努力,我们惊喜的发现,学生的错别字概率有了下降的趋势。
2、把好单元检测关,及时弥补不足。
要以激励表扬的方法让学生在学习中展开竞争,使不同的学生得到不同的发展。
3、多与家长联系,密切配合,狠抓后进生。
要采用多种方法帮辅,对他们给予更多的关心,做到课堂上多提问,课下多关心,对他们的作业争取做到面批面改。使他们进一步树立起学习的信心,从而促进全班教学质量的提高。
4、重视养成教育,培养学生良好的学习习惯。
要让学生养成正确的写字姿势和良好的写字习惯,平时要督促学生书写规范、端正、整洁。还要培养学生学习汉字的兴趣,养成主动识字的习惯。课外要养成读书看报的习惯,养成观察周围事物的习惯,有意识地丰富自己的见闻,学会表达个人的独特感受。
5、努力提高课堂的实效性。

试题以教材为载体,立足基础、适当增加难度、增大容量、体现出灵活性、综合性。侧重考查学生联系语言环境和生活实际理解语言、运用语言的能力,经,过必要的字、词、句、段的理解和体会,去理解、去感受、去运用。考核学生综合运用知识的基本技能。注重培养学生的语文素养,本试卷评价导向功能的作用很明显。这次语文学科的试卷成绩基本反映出语文教学的现实状况。学生基础知识比较扎实,积累运用的量不足,阅读习惯的养成和独立阅读能力欠功夫,整个年级写话水平总体不错。我们自己对这次成绩还是比较满意的,八个班的平均分超过了一百分,全年级538人有一人不及格,80分到90分的6人,450多人超过100分。下面就各方面情况做具体分析。
从整个卷面来看,基础知识学生掌握较好。字词部分基本没出现失分,说明我们平时对学生的基础知识训练比较到位,比如第一大题和第三大题的看拼音写词语和形近字组词,这些词语都是我们平时教学中抓的重点基础知识,是整个卷面最好的。关于词语的灵活运用体现在第四题和第五题,大多学生能根据所学过的知识灵活运用,做出正确的答案。句子的运用是用带点的词语自己写句子,有“好像”“已经”“一会儿……一会儿”,因为我们平时多次训练,所以学生大都写出了完整通顺的句子,并且都加上了标点符号。第七大题的“读一读,写一写”都是出自课本中要求背诵的课文摘录或园地中的读读背背,也因为平时训练较多,学生都完整认真的填写正确。
阅读理解有两篇很短小的文章,第一篇是摘自《雷雨》一课,第二小题是让学生写出接下来的天气怎么样,这个题的答案是各种各样的,有的写下雨,有的写大风、电闪雷鸣、出现彩虹。也有的把课文内容照抄的。不同的学生有不同的理解水平和理解思路,只要是符合题目要求的都是对的。第二个阅读学生理解起来就容易多了,除了有几个同学把直线和曲线画的不规范以外,都能正确作答。
看图写话是一幅体现同学之间团结友爱和互相帮助为主题的图画。题目要求是“看图,写几句意思连贯的话”。学生能根据图意按照写话的要求和格式完成。几个写话要素把握较准,比如时间、地点、人物、事件、结果。有少数同学没有写题目而丢分,也有的个别学生叙述不清,句子不连贯,不通顺而丢分,这是我们今后要加强训练的方面,尤其是学习后进的学生。
从整个年级卷面看,失分较多的有两的地方。一是第四大题,学生对知识本身掌握没有问题,要求是把括号内不合适的词语画去,减分的学生都是把正确的词语打了对号,整个题目是8分,凡是不按要求的一律减4分,全年级这个情况的超过了三十人,我们要引起重视,今后强调学生一定看准要求再做题,吸取这次的教训。第二个地方就是写话,因为学生水平参差不齐,每个班都有不同程度的丢分,而且整个年级大的失分都在写话上。
对今后工作的反思:
1、教师要进一步学习小学语文课程标准,转变教学观念,改进教学方法,落实三维目标。
2、教学中加强语文基础知识的训练,要让学生准确掌握字的音形义,。
3、改变重背诵轻默写的定势,从近几年的调研情况看,学生不是不会背诵,而是不会写,往往在写上丢分。

一、基本情况
二年级本次参加期中测评共199人,1人不合格,合格率达99.5%;其中197优秀,优秀率达99%。满分40人,最低6分。从总体上看,学生对前半学期所学的知识掌握得还可以。
二、试卷分析
本次试题,题型多样,内容丰富。本次试题共分三部分内容:第一部分基础知识:给词语加拼音,多音字,填表,看拼音写词语,反义词,补充词语,照样子写词语,按课文内容填空。第二部分阅读天地。第三部分写话空间。试题以基础知识为主兼顾能力的考查,考察内容全面适合各层次的学生。
三、试题分析
1、第一大题基础知识。除了第3小题有11个学生有不同程度的错误外,其余各题由于都是平时练习过的,所以学生完成的都较好。
2、阅读题失分较多,纷的音序学生不会f的大写;有一部分同学在做阅读题时根本就没有完整地把短文读完,就开始答题了,虽然老师在平时的练习中不断强调要反复读短文,直到读熟后再来答题,但在考场上部分同学还是做不到。
3、第三大题写话空间。这是一道看图写话题,大部分学生能把自己看到的,学到的灵活的运用到他自己的文章中,使短文具体、生动。所以失分情况不是很严重。
四、措施
针对本次学生答题所暴露出的部分学生基础知识掌握不牢,部分学生的阅读能力较差,个别学生做题态度不端正等问题,在今后的教学活动中,我打算采取以下措施:
1、继续培养学生良好的学习习惯,如:认真写字,按时完成作业,多读,多写,多说,多练。抓好学生的语文基础知识,强化训练字,词,句,让学生掌握牢固。
2、继续重视识字和积累。本次考试基础积累部分得分率最高,说明掌握的最好。对此我们不能有所松懈,而且必须继续重视识字和积累。在以后的教学和复习中要采用分散和集中的方法,检查学生对字、词的掌握程度,要鼓励学生背大段的课文,整篇的课文。
3、要多进行阅读练习,提高学生的阅读能力。要多多进行小练笔,让学生积累语言,为作文打下坚实的基础。阅读部分历来失分严重,本次考试也不例外,提高学生的阅读能力必须立足于课堂,立足于课本,而不是靠课外的大量的.阅读短文的练习。精读课的教学,教师要根据课的特点指导学习的方法,略读课的教学,教师要放手,让学生根据精读课学到的方法自主学习。

第十四题是作文。问自己喜欢哪种小动物,写出它的外形和特点。好些学生能很好的写出一种动物的外形和特点,表达出对它的喜爱之情。句子通顺,较有条理。这类作文加上题目都得到了满分。有些同学也选了一种动物来写,但是只写了外形或者是特点,不够全面。这类作文依据句子的表达,内容的长短,给了12到14分。有写同学不止选择一种,选了两到三种动物甚至更多动物,这类作文在9到11分之间。有的同学作文全写些不相干的内容,或者生字,或者不成为句子的,给了0分。值得注意的是,好些卷子标点的使用不规范,少数卷子作文中一个标点都没有。这需要引起重视。
三、今后的改进措施
通过这次质量检测,不仅全面了解学生语文知识,语文能力的基本情况,而且对今后的教学有很大的启迪:
(一)加强平时学生对所学知识的掌握。
(二)抓好家庭作业的质量和完成量。

一、本次命题的宗旨
本次小学二年级语文调研试卷秉承了往年调研考试的一贯宗旨和原则,依据小学语文课程标准,紧扣教材又不拘泥于教材,注重语文基本知识与基本能力的考查,渗透过程与方法的考核,关注学生的情感态度价值观,重视培养学生的创新精神和人文精神,增加主观性试题分量,鼓励孩子有创见地表达,增强试题弹性,给学生选择空间。在试卷形式和内容上给广大教师以导向作用。
二、试卷结构及特点
全卷各部分比例适当,知识覆盖面广,题型多样,内容丰富,没有偏题、怪题,难易度适中。1、注重人文性。因为以人为本、以学生的发展为本,是语文课标倡导的一个科学理念。小学生年龄小,心理承受能力差,对考试非常恐惧。我们尽力营造一种宽松、愉悦、和谐的试卷氛围,缓解学生紧张情绪,让学生轻装上阵,快乐考试。
2、题型丰富。

三、学生答题情况分析
第一题听老师读儿歌,然后回答问题。此题考查学生的听读能力,学生的得分普遍不高,失分较多。失分的原因主要有两点:一是在听之前没有把题目看清,听时无针对性,比较盲然。二是低年级学生听时注意力难以集中,没有良好的听写习惯。可见在以后的教学过程中要特别注意训练学生的听的能力。
第二题按要求写字、词、句。
1、读拼音,写词语,相信你的字最漂亮。
此题给出拼音,让学生写汉字,重在考查学生对生字的掌握情况,从答题情况看,孩子们书写正确工整,得分率较高。但也出现了一些问题。例如:有的没认真拼读,把“飘荡”写成“漂亮”……还有的对同音字辨认不够牢固,把“遥远”的“遥”写成了“摇。
2、比一比,再组词。
这一小题重在考查形近字、同音字的运用。此题答得很好,几乎没有失误。
3、把句子写完整。
重在考查学生语言积累情况。从答题情况看,孩子们都能正确填出。
第三题根据课文内容填写。
本题共五小题,面广知识全。全面考察了学生对课文内容的掌握情况。从学生做题情况来看,孩子们对课文的内容掌握的非常好,令老师们满意。前三小题是对课文内容的直接填空,几乎没有出错的地方,有的只是极个别孩子的粗心造成的写错字的现象。而后两题的填空较之前面的三题,虽说也是对课文的再填空,但灵活性非常大,主要考察了孩子们对课文的理解和概括能力,但是可喜的是孩子们的答案丰富多彩,在正确的基础上还加入了自己的看法和感悟。
第四题口语交际
此题重在考查学生的口语表达能力和在生活中的实际运用能力。从两个题目来看,都是出自课本中的,教学中都是重点训练过的,而且在口语测试考查时也是重点考查的,因此孩子们对此不是很陌生,相反非常熟悉。从答题来看,孩子们的答案也是值得肯定的,首先孩子们相当有礼貌,其次他们的表达清楚到位,最后孩子们的书写工整认真。当然这主要是我们的老师平时的教学中付出了扎实的努力的,希望这样的努力继续下去。让我们的孩子有一个更加美好的交际明天。
第五题先读下面一段话再做练习
此题综合性很强,考查的内容很多,可谓神来之笔。给的是《美丽的丹顶鹤》一文中描写丹顶鹤外形的语句。有让学生填空的,有让学生写仿词的(ABAB),有让学生仿句写句的(写一句比喻句),更精彩的是让学生模仿这段话去写一种自己喜欢的小动物的外形。从答题情况来看,本题18分,百分之九十八的学生都能够拿到16分以上,还有相当一部分的孩子由于一段话写的活灵活现而的了满分。需要加强的是标点符号的正确使用。
四、建议:
1、教师要进一步学习小学语文课程标准,转变教学观念,改进教学方法,落实三维目标。
2、教学中加强语文基础知识的训练,要让学生准确掌握字的音形义,。
3、改变重背诵轻默写的,从近几年的调研情况看,学生不是不会背诵,而是不会写,往往在写上丢分。
4、增加孩子的阅读量,在培养学生的阅读能力及分析问题能力上下功夫。
5、加强写话训练,要多为孩子创设写话机会,提高学生的写话能力。
6、要注意培养学生良好的学习习惯及读题、审题的能力。

一、基本情况
本班有28名学生参加考试,60分以下的有2人,70-80的有7人,80-90的有14人,90分以上的有5人,最高分为94分。合格率为92。9%,优秀率为53。6%,平均分为80。88。
二、学生答题情况分析
本试题有“卷面书写、字词乐园、句子天地、阅读空间、写话展台”四部分。知识涉及面广,重在考查学生课内,课外知识的积累与运用。学习伙伴的话,亲切自然,适合学生的年龄特点,贴近学生生活,给予不断提醒和鼓励。下面对学生答题情况进行分析。
一)、卷面书写
大部分学生书写工整,卷面整洁,但也有少数学生字迹潦草扣分在1-2分之间。
二)、字词乐园
第一题:拼写词语。除了“清脆动听”错误较多,其他词语拼写基本正确。差不多一半的同学把“清脆”与“青翠”混淆,或写成“清翠、青脆”。同音词没有很好区分。另外的错误一般都是拼音与字词没有掌握。
第二题:(做)工与工(作)没有区分,错误较多,混淆了。其他词语填较正确。
第三题:除了个别同学没有把词语类型弄清楚外,其他同学填写基本正确。只是少数词语中出现了拼音代替字,同音别字等情况。
第四题:第6句,请你( )接受别人提出的意见。很多同学填成了诚心。词语意思没有掌握,缺少在语言环境中运用的练习,却少语言的感染。
第五题:反义词连线,“紧张、慌张”与“轻松、冷静”连错,近义词的不同点没有掌握。
三)、句子天地
第六题:补充句子。第三句,因为―――所以―――,有几个同学因果关系不恰当,还有几个同学,没弄清题意,与第二句连起来填写,句子不够通顺,不够恰当。
第七题:填空。泉水流进,流过,流到,穿过,这几个词,填写的时候顺序颠倒,没有按照课文填写。课文回生较快,另外对课文中泉水经过不同地方用不同的词,哪个更恰当,没有过讨论、比较,学生印象不深,难以区分。
第八题:默写古诗,学生基本上都能把古诗从头到尾默下来。只是默写的诗中出现了不少,错字、别字、用拼音代替的字。
四)、阅读空间
出错最多的是第1小题,部分同学数句子数漏了。围绕那句话写的,只有8个同学找对,很多同学不理解总起句的意思。第4小题,有的同学漏了这道题目,没有划。还有的句子没划全,或划了描写荷花的句子。这些错误都是学生粗心,没有仔细读题造成的。2、3两题除了个别同学没有在短文中找之外,其他同学基本正确。
五)、写话展台
文章短小,没有生动具体的描写,失分较多。很多同学都只是把四幅图连起来,用几句话把事情说清楚而已,写得不生动。扣分在5分以上的有9人,他们都只是说清事情经过,只能得基本分。有三个同学较具体地展开想象,有动作,语言等描写,而且点明爱护花草树木的主题,得分较高。
三、今后教学改进建议
做完试题,学生自我感觉良好,感觉难度不大。但一拿到批改后的试卷,都
觉得很可惜,试题灵活,他们一不用心,不该丢的分也丢了。根据学生失分的种种原因,我想在以后的教学中应在以下方面有所改进:
1、重视字词等基础知识的教学,特别要加强同音字,形近字,近义词的区分与比较。
2、要加强学习困难学生基础知识的辅导,不使他们掉队。
3、对课文重点篇,重点段要加强背诵,积累。
4、加强对学生学习方法的指导,良好学习习惯的培养,使他们认真仔细地审题,清楚整齐地书写。
5、鼓励学生多读课外书,开拓视野,提高语文素养。
6、加强说话写话练习,使学生在把事情写清楚基础上,更进一步,学习把话写具体,写生动。
