湖北省近40万名高三学子将赴高考考场。
受新冠肺炎疫情影响，2020年高考延期一个月举行。这是自2003年高考改为6月举行后，时隔18年再度迎来7月高考。为了应对强降雨等极端天气对考试的影响，各部门纷纷出台有力措施，为学子保驾护航。
今日的两门考试科目为上午语文、下午数学，明日为上午文科综合/理科综合、下午外语。考生需注意入场时间，外语在开考前15分钟停止入场，其他科目在开考15分钟后停止入场。另外，考生交卷出场时间不得早于每科目考试结束前30分钟，交卷出场后不得再进场续考。离开考场的考生暂时不要离开考点，待广播发出离开考点指令后，再在工作人员引导下，保持安全间距有序、错时离开。
交警部门介绍，高考期间，将强化全省309个考点周边交通疏导和管制，加强车辆的禁行禁鸣管理，维护好考点周边交通秩序。各考点交警、派出所民警，还将为忘带证件、遇到交通拥堵的考生提供应急交通便利;对送考车辆发生故障、交通事故的，迅速出警、快速处理，必要时帮助联系车辆转送考生。
