2018年高考备考的反思及总结
高考已经圆满结束，一路走来，我们付出了辛苦，洒下了汗水，也收获了甘甜与喜悦。现冷静思考工作中的得失，以便在今后的工作中能扬长避短，再创佳绩。现就一年来的工作与感悟与大家探讨与分享。
一、周密的教学计划及安排
在学校领导、市教研室的指导下，开学初我们制定出详细合理的复习计划。一轮、二轮和三轮复习具体到天，打印出来公布到每个教室，使学生在复习之初就明了整体安排，积极配合，圆满完成复习任务。在我们的计划中，全组教师分工合作、各负其责、任务具体。
2015年外语学科的一轮复习是从5月中旬开始至元月下旬，完成了高一高二课本共八个模块的复习。每周除复习两单元课本知识外，穿插进行了语法专项、阅读训练和写作训练。这一阶段我们主要做好了重点词汇的梳理与拓展，进行了语法专项的讲解与训练，强化阅读和写作。巩固了英语基础知识，为二轮三轮复习打下了坚实的基础。
二轮复习从2月初至 4月下旬，主要进行语篇填空、完形、阅读和写作专项训练，结合套题，训练学生综合运用语言的能力，提高做题的准确率。我们确定了一个中心，两个突破，一个中心即夯实学生英语语法知识为中心;两个突破即突破完形填空和阅读理解。
三轮复习从5月上旬到高考前，学生进入高考前的练兵阶段，我们精选整合各地市模拟套题，训练学生的做题速度，使学生达到速度与准确率的完美结合，提高应试技能。
二、高三英语教学的体会。
1、以课本为中心全面复习
要想提高英语成绩，坚实的`语言基础是前提，而课本是这些语言知识的载体，我们对课本进行了深入全面细致的复习，我们把课本复习定位在语言知识的归纳和具体语境中的运用上，夯实学生的语言基本功;拓宽知识面，与高考题衔接;举一反三，融会贯通。落实措施：1.每周三个早自习，任务具体。给学生布置了单词、词组、重点句式和书面表达范文，听写、默写检查从不间断。2.课下落实配套的学案和训练题。稳扎稳打，让学生巩固知识的同时，提高了能力。
2、增加积累，强化阅读
英语是一门语言学科，唯有厚积薄发方能游刃有余。阅读能力在英语学习中至关重要，阅读主要考查对英语信息的处理能力和文章的感悟能力，阅读能力的提高非一日之功，没有一定量的积累难有达到质的飞跃。为此，我们在英语教学中十分重视对学生阅读能力的培养。我们的做法:一是落实《英语周报》，报纸上所选文章涵盖了新闻、娱乐、科教、校园生活等多方面知识，集时事性、娱乐性为一体，提高学生的兴趣，开阔学生视野。二、14套高考真题(峡一模之前阅读材料)，三、教师上网下载一些优秀试题，包括：各地市的调研考试、一模、二模、三模考试题，高考资源网优秀试题，金太阳网站的试题。四、五月份，培优班的阅读材料主要来自高考信息卷。2015年5月份至高考前，我们培优班完成了18套高考模拟题的阅读训练。
3、突出写作教学，力求语言的准确性
写作是学生的薄弱之处，英语作文的提高不是一朝一夕的事情，它要靠平时的积累，在英语复习中，我们坚持每周安排一次写作，老师们分工合作，选编各类题材的书面表达编成学案，对学生进行训练。下面就书面表达题，给各位外语老师几点建议：
1.教会您的学生写作步骤：
• 审读材料 确定要点 遣词造句 连缀草稿 润色修改
• 修正定稿 认真誊写
2. 如何让“书面表达”“取悦”评卷老师?
字(字体一致;字迹工整，少用连笔;字距以爽目为宜;字数100词左右)。三门峡市六地市命题组对2014,2015高考中书面表达做了调研： 两年高考的书面表达都是15 行，行间距1.1cm,行长度17cm。考生书面表达的信息量必须达标。
分段(最好三段,至少两段,不接着给出行写,另起段,缩进两格,勿顶格分段)。
版面(整洁、爽目。忌超格，污记，涂黑等。若必须更改，可将错词括起来，再于其上更正。)
4、做好高考真题、模拟题，强化应试，争取高分
我们在一、二、三轮的复习中，我们十分重视周清试卷的选编，把好质量关。2015年我们年级各个学科 周练试题基本都是来自衡水试题和天一大联考。试题质量不错。每次考试，我们认真组织，统一标准，统一时间改卷，及时讲评。学生查缺补漏，及时纠错。
虽然我们进行了大量细致的工作，但仍然难免有一些失误和不足，在今后的工作中应加以避免：
第一、教学中该放手的事件，因为不放心，教师做得过多，知识点复习有时让学生有一定的依赖心理，应当打破教师“一言堂”传统的英语教学模式，注意发挥学生的主观能动性;
第二、对高考题和高考考纲的研究还需要继续努力。
高考试题是有一定的规律可循的：比如说：近三年来，全国一卷高考英语试题有以下特征:阅读理解部分的细节理解题总是考察13 道题，是阅读理解题考察的重头戏。我们师生应当重视，另外，完形部分题的答案很有规律：每年高考完形填空的答案ABCD四个选项都是平均的，也就是各是5个。这对于有一两个答案吃不准的优秀的学生来说，有一定的帮助。我们高三老师在繁重的教学工作的同时，要抽出时间多思考，多钻研，提高自己的业务水平。
第三、培优补弱工作还需要加强，尤其是培优工作，不管是课堂还是资料的选择上都需要我们在教学中认真揣摩，大胆创新。
第四、对学生的补错督促的还不到位。应多引导学生善于总结易错题和典型试题，认真分析，举一反三，避免重犯错误。
有人说：如果你把工作看作是一件艺术品，你总是认真、高兴地工作，尽可能使之完美。过去的一年，我们付出了努力和辛苦，今后我们还会一如既往，把教学工作做得更出色，更优秀。
