The advantages are obvious to see. Firstly, it lightens the burden on students so that they have no needs to take part in the exams organized by each college for many timees. Secondly, there are more opportunities for students to enter their admirable college. Once they can pass the exam, they may get several times of interview. Thirdly, the colleges can recruit some students who have expertise, because the exam lays emphasis on students' creativity and learning abilities. However, every coin has two sides. The disadvantages weigh the same as the advantages. First of all, the learning burden of students are not really lightened, they still need to take part in College Entrance Examination. Besides, the students have to endure the test of physical agility. Within one day, they have to complete the exams of six or seven subjects and every exam takes one hour.
As far as I'm concerned, the students should make their choice according to their own abilities and real needs. Although moreand more students choose to take part in Joint College Entrance Exam,they are not supposed to go with the stream.
