就英语而言，要高考考高分，就主要注意两点，第一单词量，第二语法。
具体试卷上就是阅读和完形。高考英语中，赋分最高耗时最长的就是阅读。
而阅读最基础的是词汇量。
你说你的英语才60分。我肯定你的词汇量非常不过关。我学英语很有经验，我参加过三次高考，第一次高考87分，第二次高考110分，第三次高考英语127分。我不是凭什么老师，我只凭自己。我不是说老师不重要。好的老师当然能让你事半功倍。但是这只是在你有一定基础之后，才有的效果。要是词汇量还不到1000（高中词汇），不用谈什么技巧。
英语阅读的提高其实分几个阶段。这下面的三个阶段是我写个一个准备靠四六级的大学生的，考虑到你要准备高考，你只读第一阶段就行了，有兴趣也可以看看后两个阶段。
第一个阶段，毫无实力的菜鸟阶段。这个阶段的人词汇量不超过3000，即便读初中的课文也有困难。如果是面临高考的高中生还处于这个阶段，他的明显表现是，在做历年真题时，由于生词太多，根本读不下去，也完全没有信心。这时的当务之急是扩展眼词汇量。如果是应付高考，一定要在3个月内完成高中的3000个单词的记忆，做到看到汉语知道英语，看到英语知道汉语，而且要非常熟练。这个阶段是蛮干阶段，就是说不需要任何的技巧，也没有任何的技巧。老老实实地背3000个单词就对了。也不用搞什么结合句子背单词或是什么词根记忆联想记忆之类的。应为这些东西都是在你有了一些基础之后才冷领会的。不到1000词汇量的你根本用不着也用不了。 至于语法则更是多余。为什么？因为你还没到那个境界。就高考而言，即便你完全不懂语法，只要熟练掌握了3000高中词汇，100分左右，绝对稳拿。怀疑吗？这是哥的亲身经历。我高2是英语的会考一般都是40多分，就是刚刚说的第一阶段。第一次高考87分，第二次高考110分，第三次高考英语127分。我不是凭什么老师，我只凭自己。以上都是我的切身经验。
第二阶段
这个阶段的人应该有不少于3000的词汇量（不包括初中的词汇），在做高考的真题阅读时虽然不能完全领会但是大意是可以理解的。不过由于缺乏相应的语法知识，对长难句难以理解。而在面对4级阅读的时候，则更是束手无策，感觉到时间很紧迫，而且几乎10句里有7到8句不懂。因为4级的词汇比高考有提高了一个档次，而阅读量更是大得惊人（对刚刚参加完高考的某些平庸的学生来说）。此时的你还是要扩展词汇量，不过在有3000个单词的基础之后方法可以多样一点，要结合句子背单词，背过的单词不但要知道意思更要知道用法。同时你还必须学习语法。 为什么？
因为不懂得语法你永远会被长难句拒绝。而真正有难度有水平的题目绝对会把答案隐藏在长难句中。不仅如此，在高水平的考试中，阅读几乎每句都是长难句，不懂语法还想做这些阅读，就简直是痴人说梦了。
就阅读而言要掌握的语法主要是各种从句和非谓语动词。 就准备考试而言，你应该做大量真题，而且只做真题，因为那些垃圾的模拟题只会把你引入错误的解题思路。做题的时候用一定要掐着时间做，比如4级长阅读14分钟之内必须搞定，蒙也得蒙完！深度阅读8分钟连做题带涂卡必须完成！而且遇到的生词要见到一个就背一个，别挑三拣四的。而没遇到的不用背，或者背了也没太大的用，因为你没遇到这个词，没有语境，你是不能很好的理解的。这么做一边历年真题之后，就差不多能出山了。等你的词汇量达到6000左右，而且完全掌握五种基本句型和各种从句级3种非谓语动词，好的，你可以进入第3阶段了。
第三阶段，这个阶段的你可以轻松地应对46级阅读。你可以向更高的方向发展比如雅思或是考研。而雅思比46级又绝对上了不知一个档次。 这时的你绝对不能还第一阶段那样被单词了。你必须去背句子，在句子和搭配里面背单词。同时还要用词根来辅助记忆，这时的你在背单词的时候再也不是1个1个的背，而是10个10个或是20个20个地背。这些次都是同根词汇，同时记忆比较高效。至于语法嘛。呵呵，对于此时的你来说，语法早已了然于胸，成为一种下意识，真真正正地变成浮云了。语法就像是一个预防针，打完了就不用再打了。学会了就学会了，一劳永逸。要是不会，语法能卡住你一辈子。再往后的阅读学习你应该能偶自如的掌握，基本上不在需要任何的老师了。
再就是完形。
做完形不比做阅读。你肯能觉得阅读很耗时间，效果不明显。我告诉你完形更耗时间，效果更不明显。
我最后一年高考时，复习开学摸底考时第一感觉就是完形做不好。于是我看是做完形真题专项训练。当时我的那本练习册是我妈从北京给我带来的。我每天作一篇，每次做下一篇之前都要在浏览一遍以前做过的。每次浏览一篇之后就用笔画个点以表示我复习一遍了。到后来，做的太多，就挑点少的复习。每天一篇，每次晚自习我都早到半个小时，专门就这个时间做。做完了对答案，看解析，不懂的问老师，问同学。后来已经成为习惯了。结果，我雷打不动地做了一个月之后，我的第一次月考107分，我又做了一个月 102分，我又做了一个月93分。我快崩溃了。但是怎么回事？方法错了吗？已经三个月了，我没有那么多的时间了。第三次考试之后，我像往常一样的在老地方老时间找老师问问题，不等我开口，李老师先说了“你是怎么回事？每天都问题，每天都做题，怎么还靠这么低？是不是该考虑考虑方法了？”。我眼泪都在眼里打转了。那天我啥也没问，直接回去了。我想，不管怎么样已经坚持3个月了，错也来不及改了。我要做到底。然后，第四次月考试的时候，我英语137。虽然不是全班最高，但是绝对是已经是班里的前列了。这就是我准备高考的经验。
我认为高中英语很基础，没什么技巧，就是坚持。就是在固定时间固定地点做固定的事。
你说你要时间表，我觉得时间只有自己能制定。别人的东西终究不是你的。我能告诉你的是，你必须每天背单词，每天背，雷打不动地背（你现在的情况每天至少20个，还需要兼顾复习以前背过的）。每天做题每天问！至于一天之中什么时候背必须自己拿捏。
