2014-2015年度下学期七年级英语期末考试是对七年级学生1-12单元进行的一次检测。本次测试重点放在基础知识运用方面，特别是书本知识的学习和运用。部分题目比较灵活，突出考查了学生在具体的语境中，进行思维的能力，内容丰富，题型常见，稍有难度，知识与技能并重，较好地体现了新课程倡导的评价体系.
一、检测概况
本次七年级考试成绩分析如下：

二、考试题型及分析
第一卷(55分)
1、听力理解。听力，作为考试的一个重要内容，同时因为缺少配套练习，也是平时课堂练习的一个薄弱内容，对于听力技巧欠缺、学习缺乏灵活性和课外拓展不够的学生，历来都是很担心的题型。此次听力材料没有超出本册书的话题内容，完全符合普通学生现有的听力能力识别范围，学生得分率较高。
2、语言知识运用。这部分的试题比较结合学生的学习内容，并突出重难点的考察，基本将学生应该掌握的知识要点和学法要点进行了一个检验。

定的内容，不能把规定的内容用合理的句子连接起来，不会思考短文中需要的语言结构和时态等等，所以作文完成的情况就出现极大的两极分化现象。另外出现了一些陌生词汇，如参观海洋公园visit Ocean Park . 三、对成绩的思考
1.从成绩来看，学生较期中考试成绩有了一些退步，同时也看到教学的不足。为此，我初步制定了一些 措施 来改善目前的教学现状。
①加强理论学习，学习新课程标准，理解新课程标准的要求，了解和研究新的评价机制和命题思路。同时要不断提高教师自身的语言素质。 ②从试卷分析中我们可以看出，基础知识是我们教学的重点，也是学生的弱点，在各种考试中，基础知识都是考查的重点。我们对词汇、 短语 、句型和语法等基础知识的教学不能仅仅停留在让学生机械记忆阶段，单词、短语的听写和背诵固然必不可少，但更应注重把词汇教学融入特定的语言环境中，强调对基础知识的理解和运用。
③要重视词汇教学。单词是七年级教学的重点，只有打好了词汇的基础，才有可能在阅读、写作等方面驾驭自如。但在词汇量较大时，要把握好教学的尺度，重点检测基础词汇，对不同类型的单词，可以有不同的要求，避免学生负担过重，失去 学习英语 的兴趣。可以适当补充一些构词法的知识来帮助学生记忆单词。
④加强基础语法知识的教学。语法知识是为使用语言服务的，学习语言的最终目的是为了使用它，现在考查使用语言能力的题目越来越多，尤其在语境中的考查，已经成为各种考试中常见的题目。例如：现在进行时、
一般过去时，人称代词、介词、频度副词、名次复数词尾变化和冠词等。学生在这份试卷中相关的语法知识考查题中出现的错误较多。
这就要求我们教师在教学中要善于在语境中教授语法知识，让学生掌握在不同的语境中使用的不同的语法知识，而不是单纯地教授死的语法规则。
⑤加强学生阅读能力的培养。阅读能力的考查是英语考查的重要部分，因此，从初一就开始训练学生的阅读能力是很有必要的。老师要充分利用教材中的每个语篇对学生进行阅读训练，不同的题材可以使用不同的阅读 方法 ，让学生掌握正确的阅读技巧会起到事半功倍的效果。阅读能力是长期训练的结果，一定要持之以恒。
⑥科学合理地使用教材。教师应该首先科学合理地利用好教材使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力。
⑦加强学生审题能力和答题技巧的指导，还要规范学生的书写。 ⑧在教学过程中教师应面向全体学生，关注不同层次学生的学习状况，应根据新课程标准和课本的要求，把握课堂教学的最低目标，以保护每一个学生学习英语的积极性。
因此，教师应鼓励学生积极、主动地参与课堂教学，帮助学生找到适合自己的 英语学习 方法，为今后的学习和发展打下良好的基础。

七年级英语期末试卷充分体现了新课改的精神，切实有效地考察了所学知识内容，侧重综合语言实践能力听说读写能力的考察，增强了对学生自主学习与探究性学习能力的考察，较好的体现了学生的全面发展，引导新课程的实施，全面落实了课程标准所设定的目标。下面对试卷试题进行具体分析：
一、试卷题型情况
1、注重对基础知识、基本技能的考察，题型新颖、覆盖面大，涉及到了所学的全部内容，促进学生有效学习。
2、注重从实际中选取素材，考察了学生的分析和处理问题能力。
3、试卷对学生探究能力是一个重点考察，增强了学生的探究分析能力。
二、试卷结构分析
本套试卷充分体现了新课标课改精神，注重了对学生基础知识和综合能力的考察，因此对学生的细心程度要求很高。
1、听力部分15分：虽然试题难度不大，但是听句子选图片，图片模糊不清，影响了学生答题，因此学生在该部分的得分率不是很高，而且学生的两极分化严重，高分很高，而低分则太低。但是听对话和听短文选择正确答案，还是有一定的难度的，学生的听力理解水平还有待提高。
2、单项选择15分：难度适中且知识覆盖面大，大部分同学得分较高，但是第11题大部分同学没有做出来。
3、完形填空10分：难度较高，超越了七年级的阅读理解能力，对学生的综合能力要求较高，所以得分率较低，主要原因是学生理解文章不透彻，阅读能力差造成的。
4、阅读理解20分：难度适中，有不少同学得到满分20分。阅读理解第一篇是个表格式，要求学生能够准确迅速地获取信息，同时，也要对单词提出更高的要求，要求学生能在短时间内迅速把握单词的意思。第二篇短文比较容易，从短文中可以直接找到答案。
5、完成对话，选句子补全对话5分：这题的难度系数较高，全般就一人得到满分5分。大部分同学只得了2分或3分。
6、填写单词10分：难度适中，考题中的单词都复习到了，且都强调到了，但得分率一般，主要原因是学生不够细心，该变形的没有变形。
7、根据汉语意思完成句子10分：难度适中，大部分成绩好的同学都得到8分以上，有好几个同学得到满分，但两级分化严重，有的同学竟然一分也不得。出错率高的是13题，好多同学hero 的复数加s 而不是es。另外还有14题也有很多同学失分，get ready for 没有用现在进行时。
8、书面表达15分：该题对于学生来说是最难的一题，它是对学生整体知识的一个考察，两极分化最为严重。
三、学生分析
存在问题：
1、优等生对基础知识掌握较好，但大多数学生对语言的运用能力较差，对比较杂碎的知识点没有能够很好地掌握。
2、中等生的基础知识掌握不够牢固，并且做题比较粗心。
3、差等生在班级中所占比例太大，并且他们对英语知识的掌握也极为肤浅。

改成阅读，其中失分多的是54题，其中D选项说北京将举办31届奥运会，没看清楚或常识缺乏就选错。
5.交际运用
课文对话改造题，本题完成较好。
6.词汇
词汇题考前有出相应的练习，有复习的同学一般能考不错。
7.句型转换
这种题型是学生的弱点所在，但这次考查的简单，错的比较多的是82，主要是考查will的一般疑问句，可能期中复习没到位，学生这块错的较多。有同学不懂will 的缩写。
8.综合填空
这题考查学生对课文的熟练程度，这十分是送给有准备的同学。其中87,89需要变形。
9书面表达
A 看图写句子，完成比较好。其中96题在单元考就考了三次，差的依然不会。
B短文写作 刚好期中过后要运动会，借着这个主题，我们出了道运动会的作文。作文构造参考U2topic3医生的四条建议，综合这段期间学到的建议的表达，并且用到了两句课文大标题，如“运动和即将到来”“我们应该学会团队合作”，既重基础，又注重学生对基础知识的运用。提示词给的也比较充足。作文写得比平常好，从格式到内容到书写都发挥的比平常好。其中“早睡早起”的表达错误比较多，说明学生还是有点死读书。
三、改进措施
1、听力平常练得比较少，学生反应能力差，至少得一周一次。
2、尊重差异，分层教学，分类指导，对后进生以鼓励为主，对优秀生引导他们进一步拓展视野，对成绩一般的学生，让他们稳中求提高。
3、立足教材，面向全体，狠抓基础，任何能力的形成离不开基础知识的积累，离开基础，能力就是无源之水，在循序渐进的训练中提升学生的英语综合能力。
4、要狠抓朗读，背诵语篇，多阅读，增强学生的语感，加大语言信息输入量，扩大词汇量，提高学生的阅读水平。
